At GIADEM LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a simple and easy return process.

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags still attached.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Non-returnable items include final sale items, gift cards, custom-made or personalized items, and items that have been altered or damaged by the customer.

- How to Initiate a Return

Steps for Returning Your Item:
- Contact our team with your order number and reason for the return.
- We will provide you with a return authorization number and shipping label (if applicable).
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

- Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Please allow 30 business days for the refund to be processed and applied to your original method of payment.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
